How long will it take to personalise?

This is one of our most commonly asked questions. Typically, your order will be a week, items are then dispatched on the delivery method you have chosen.

An item I ordered has arrived damaged or is wrong?

If this is the case please contact us soon as possible, ideally with a photo of the issue.

Do you do bulk/corporate orders?

We are more than happy to work with businesses, organisations and groups to personalise large numbers of items, just get in touch and we can discuss what we can offer you.

Can you add a logo/image to this product?

We can add logos/images to certain products, which will be clear on the product page. If you’re looking for something specific, or for a larger order please get in touch.

Can I get a discount for ordering multiple items?

We can offer discounts on bulk and large orders, please get in touch.

How much is delivery?

Will there be any order information/receipt in with the product?

We don’t include any invoice or anything except the product itself in the parcel you receive, this is because many people order as gifts and so as standard, we don’t include it. You will be emailed an order confirmation.

Do you ship abroad?

Has my order been dispatched yet?

At the minute we don’t ship abroad, but we are keeping this under constant review.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Gift wrapping is not a service we currently offer
