Pay and Collect
You’re very welcome to arrange with us for local collection of your items, we’d love to see you! Just choose the ‘Collect from store’ option at checkout. Please ensure that you have registered your current mobile number in your account then we can contact you easily to arrange a collection time.
The majority of our products are personalised, therefore every design is bespoke. We will always endeavour to have your order ready for collection as quickly as we can, and in all cases within 3 weeks. Where unforeseen circumstances dictate that this may not be possible, we’ll contact you right away.
How long will my order take?
As the majority of our products are personalised, every design is bespoke and requires the input of a number of different departments. Seasonal fluctuations in demand can mean delays in the process. We will always endeavour to get your order out as quickly as possible, and in all cases within 3 weeks. Where unforeseen circumstances dictate that this may not be possible, we’ll contact you right away.
Once dispatched you will receive an email, and Standard Delivery should have your items with you within 5 working days

What are your delivery charges?
Standard delivery is £4.20 to UK Mainland addresses. International and faster delivery options are available, please contact us if you require something that isn’t shown.
Can I change the delivery address on my order?
Unfortunately our courier companies are unable to change the delivery address. Please let us know the date you will be available for delivery to the address on the order or we can request that the parcel be returned to us and then re-sent at an additional cost
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes, if you can’t see a suitable delivery option, please contact us and we can arrange something to meet your requirements.
My order is late
During busy periods, personalised items can take up to three weeks to despatch. Upon despatch you will receive an email and, depending on the delivery option of your choice, all UK Mainland orders should be delivered within 5 working days although busy periods can add a day or two. Please be aware that our couriers may deliver as late as 9pm in the evening during busy periods.
If you have received a despatch notification, but do not receive your parcel within 7 working days please contact us.
How can I contact your couriers?
Please contact us and we will contact our couriers on your behalf. Please not that we are unable to query the delivery until the expected delivery date has passed.
Who are your couriers?
For standard UK Mainland delivery we use Hermes or Royal Mail. International, Channel Islands and BFPO deliveries will be handled by Royal Mail
There may be circumstances where we have to use other couriers, this will not affect our service to you.
